We spend all our time in our thinking mind, both during waking hours and in sleep. We are not in control of our thoughts, we cannot change them, our thoughts own us.  Thoughts are stored in the brain and body cells as memory. They are simply energy forces that over time stress our body and organs and lead to aging and disease. Most people would have had times when they wished they could shut their mind up and rest. CFQ gives you the tools to do exactly this, to take a break from the thinking mind, let go of any problems and relax.

This is achieved simply by using body feeling through specific meridian healing exercises and meditation, which allows you to get detached from your thoughts and truly rest. This process has profound healing effects and is simple enough that can be learnt by anyone and used for self-help.

Chaoyi Fanhuan Qigong was founded by Master Yap Soon-Yeong of Malaysia, who having spent thousands of hours in meditation received insights on life and the cause of diseases.
